  I am looking for some property to lease for the year...looking for 100 acres or so in the thumb area...I got screwed last year on our sweet spot in Ubly so im trying to avoid that this year by finding my spot early in the year giving me plenty of time to do scouting and maybe some squirrel and rabbit hunting before the season starts...Any information will be greatly appreciated..

Are you 100% sold on the Thumb?  Ironically, I just got a decent lead on 240 Acres in DEXTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NW of our current Dex spot, adjacent to Burkhart Lake and Pickney State Rec Land! I'm currently working it... I think, IF a deal can be struck through this lead, this could be the "Guts R Us" spizzot!!!  To that end, would you be down with Dex?

My daughter lives in the thumb so it just makes sense for me to hunt there too..(if i have a choice) i wouldnt be opposed to having more than one spot to hunt...Just want to get it early so i can get familiar with the property..
