G.R.U.B.

Some of you may be wondering where that hilarious song on the home page came from.  Well I am really excited to have Tom Canty, the writer and singer as a new member to the site.  He is both a dear friend, member of my family and a true Michigan Outdoorsman.  He is also a bit of a celeb here in Michigan.  You have to be a least my age. to remember what I consider to be a piece of both Michigan and Hunting nostalgia.  He wrote the original theme song for Michigan Out-Of-Doors TV show. This was the only hunting show of it's time and was the start of the 5 dedicated hunting/fishing cable stations we have now with hundreds of shows. This song is remembered and loved by many, but has been very difficult to get a hold of. We are working together on some copyright hoorah to get it re-released. Maybe you remember these great lyrics like I do;

We must have chatted for an hour or two last night and he has some amazing songs that I cant wait to share.  He has so much more to offer to us and the site, that I wont even get in to right now. I hope you all get a chance to chat with him on here at some point.  He is full of the energy and knows whats up.  You will be as delighted as I am to have him here!
