I am posting these late reports for the sake of remembering the dates. I know thats not helping anyone currently but mark your calander for next year:P Papa Kovak and myself went out in front of the GPYC Oct. 8th and picked up about 60 nice perch and one 25 in. Mr. Walter between 11:00 and 3:00. Great action and lots of boats in and around 15 foot of water on perch rigs and shiners.
I also got out with Vortex, Charlie and Capt. Chuck to chase Muskies on October 13th on the Canadian side. We fished from 2pm - 1am and landed about 8 nice healthy fat fish. Nothing huge (under 30lbs) but I have a feeling they we're there. Mostly body baits and a couple big bucktails. I dont have any pics, but I will have some video of that trip up soon... | |
